We are pleased to introduce Mark McCready as our new Pastor, having officially begun with us following his induction service on April 21, 2024.
Mark joins Everyday Hope having already served in some form of small town rural Pastoral ministry since 2001. He began by doing some itinerant work while living in Englewood Colorado. On completing his M.Div., he went on to serve as Pastor of Bancroft Bible Chapel then as Pastor of Alma Bible Church both located in Ontario Canada.
Mark was born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo area of Southwestern Ontario. On completing high school, Mark trained in the area of Finance and Economics completing a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Economics Option at Wilfrid Laurier University (1994). Following his undergraduate work, he moved to Toronto and worked as a consultant for W.F. Morneau & Associates. Sensing God calling him to Pastoral ministry, he and his wife relocated to Denver Colorado where he completed his Masters of Divinity at Denver Seminary (2004).
Mark’s ministry as a Pastor would not be possible without the support of his wife Wendy. They are happily married now for 20 plus years and are blessed with two beautiful teenage girls, Anna and Olivia.
One of Mark’s driving passions is to see people transformed by the power of God’s word. While he enjoys preaching week to week, he also enjoys connecting in small groups, as couples or one on one with people in order to encourage and join together in the journey to glorify and serve Jesus Christ.
